This Cancellation & Replacement Policy explains how you may cancel, reschedule, or amend a service or appointment with AFAAQ REAL ESTATE FZ-LLC (“AFAAQ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Cancelling a Consultation or Viewing
You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation or property viewing free of charge by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance at Sales@afaaq-real-estate.com or +971 56 631 0815.
2. Cancelling a Paid Service
If you have paid for a service and wish to cancel before the service has commenced, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy, less any administrative or third-party costs already incurred. Services that have already been delivered are not eligible for cancellation.
3. Rescheduling and Replacement
Where an appointment cannot proceed, we will work with you to reschedule it or arrange a suitable alternative (for example, an alternative property viewing or a rescheduled consultation) at no additional cost.
4. Property Reservations
Cancellation of a property reservation, booking, or purchase made with a developer is governed by that developer’s terms and the applicable Sale and Purchase Agreement, not by AFAAQ. We will assist you in communicating with the developer where possible.
5. Cancellations by AFAAQ
In the rare event that we must cancel a scheduled service, we will notify you promptly and offer to reschedule or provide a full refund of any fee paid to us for that service.
